We’re entirely enthusiastic about Pilates, of course, and especially about what it is we do at Glow Pilates. ‘Move well. Be well’ is our ethos, meaning our attitude and our aim is to help you move better so that you can feel your best.
To us this involves developing strong, flexible and efficiently aligned bodies in balanced harmony with our breath, minds and hearts. Our approach is to provide stimulating, challenging yet accessible Pilates sessions that are as effective as they are enjoyable. It’s what we’re committed to doing. It’s what we’re experts at achieving. Joseph Pilates said that ‘change happens through movement, and movement heals’. Our style of Pilates reflects his simple philosophy, and we’re excited to support you in experiencing the healing, joyful power of movement for yourself.

As Pilates pros, we each have first hand experience of its life changing power. In our studio, our supportive energy is there for you as you develop your movement potential.
We want you to get stronger and more flexible. We want you to be able to breathe deeply and to feel good more often. We’re experts on the human body. Plus, we’re all wholly aware of its connection to our hearts and minds as essential components of our balanced wellbeing. We’re caring as can be, and we’re devoted to helping you move well and, ultimately, to be well. We’re also determined to help you enjoy the process, and it’s great because we can definitely be good for some laughs, too, if we do say so ourselves.
