Private sessions are the ideal start to learn Pilates movements, equipment, and terminology, and they’re especially effective for experiencing your own body, its idiosyncrasies and its strengths, to figure out what it needs as well as what it loves. Private sessions are an efficient way to learn the ropes of Pilates as your teacher has only you to look after and support, which means of course that these sessions are fully customised for you, your body, your needs, your goals. We encourage all of our clients to have a one-on-one session periodically – be it once a week, once a month or once every few months.
