Credits both these two practices for her (almost always) relaxed, easy-going demeanour. Curious about movement in any shape or form, be it structured exercise or an impromptu weekend hike. Believes in the mind-body’ connection more than anything else, and advocates the mental benefits of Pilates in equal measure to the physical ones. Welcomes a good challenge. Grateful everyday for the people and opportunities that teaching movement brings about.
