Strength Essentials
Focuses: body alignment, ease of movement, breathing strategies, foundational core work, fundamental strength exercises
What to expect: steady pacing, attention to breath, regularly revisiting foundational Reformer movements. Exploration of your body’s needs, abilities, challenges, idiosyncrasies. A good bit of strength work, with a sprinkle of mobility work
Daily Glow
Focuses: flowing movement, muscle strength, joint mobility, intermediate core work, coordination.
What to expect: moderately energetic pacing, challenges to your strength, attention to alignment and breathing, playful choreography, balance practice. An even mix of strength and stretch, assumes a very good grounding in Reformer fundamentals.
Power
Focuses: developing strength, establishing stability, intermediate core work.
What to expect: moderate to energetic pacing, tried-and-true Pilates exercises, coordination practise, compound movements (e.g. using arms and legs at the same time), assumes a very good grounding in Reformer fundamentals along with a moderate level of Pilates strength.

Align Stretch
Focuses: body alignment, ease of movement, breathing strategies, foundational core work, stretch and mobility
What to expect: calm pacing, attention to breath, regularly revisiting foundational Reformer movements. Exploration of your body’s needs, abilities, challenges, idiosyncrasies. A good bit of mobility work, with a sprinkle of strength work
BOOK NOW
Align Back
Focuses: breathwork, calming nervous system, reducing tension and tightness, restoring range of movement, building new movement patterns.
What to Expect: relaxed pacing, focused attention to breath, exploring body awareness, strategies for releasing tension, gentle stretching and mobility work, practice with rebuilding movement patterns, foundational exercises for strengthening core and improving balance.
Core Essentials
Focuses: Balance restoration for your body’s core unit, breath, precision movement, power and strength through alignment, muscle endurance, intermediate core work.
What to expect: Steady pacing, education around core foundations. Mastering of movement fundamentals for exercise progression. Regularly revisiting breathwork. Core strengthening, core release and mobility. Assumes a good grounding in Reformer fundamentals. The majority of the session will be on the Reformer, and part of the session will be on the mat.
Jump + Core
Focuses:light-hearted, playful exercise using the Reformer’s jumpboard accessory, plus plenty of core work
What to expect: energetic pacing for jumping sequences, mellow-moderate pacing for core-focused sequences. Jumpboard elements offer a full body exercise experience with extra attention for legs and glutes. Assumes a good grounding in Reformer fundamentals.
